Hansen 13 watt VibraVerb guitar Tube Amp.

I received a visit from Falster, two guitarists who wanted to hear my amplifiers. However, it was not exactly what they were looking for, one of the guitarists would like to have a little tube amp with tremolo and reverb. It was such an amplifier I had thought about trying to build, so I promised that I might as well try to build one. I'll try to make an amplifier with two ECL86 in the output stage, and with Tremolo, Bass, Treble control and reverb in the preamplifier.
I have drawn the following schematic.

I have drawn the following layout for power supply and amplifier.

I drew up a parts list.

All components have been found and is ready for mounting.

Since I do not have access to engraving equipment for the manufacture of front and rear plate, I have chosen to use a Plexiglas plate. Text and numbers must then be printed out in a transparent A4 adhesive film to the Laser from AVERY.

The image with text and numbers drawn in AutoCad and flipped, and printed on the transparent label.

The adhesive film is mounted on the back of the Plexiglas plate, so text and numbers seen right side up when the plate is viewed from the front.

The front and back plate are injection painted white on the back.

Text and numbers are now razor sharp and can not be worn away, they are protected by 2 mm Plexiglas.

The complete component plate. Made after the layout plan.

The chassis is ready for drilling/cutting holes for hardware components.

I managed to drill all the holes in the front and the front plate without getting cracks in Plexi-front.

There must be measured and marked for a lot of holes.

The square holes cut with a very slow moving jigsaw with a very fine-toothed metal saw blade.

The drill has come to work.

3 pictures of the assembled amplifier.

After examination, testing and experimentation, it ended with this revised diagram.

I was visited by Bjørn from Stubbekøbing, which was to buy the amplifier. He was very fond of the sound, and it resulted in the following small video.

After Bjørn Nielsen from Stubbekøbing, got the amplifier home, he has made this beautiful "Mahogany" cabinet, I have borrowed the pictures of Bjørn, who in addition to playing the guitar is also an excellent photographer.
